a. Fill out the form on the Team Page and your dedicated account manager will contact you to help you pick out your products. We do all the setup for you!
a. It’s easy! You can send them your custom link to make it easiest. Also post this link on your team or club website plus facebook and Instagram pages.
b. If your fans don’t have your team store link, they can just search by name on the Teams page!
a. With our effortless rebate program, you don’t have to do a thing. Once your fans place orders through your team store page, a percentage of that order is automatically rebated to you at the end of every quarter.
a. That’s the beauty of Your Swag Squad – the store NEVER closes! Fans can order any
time, any day!
a. You’ll be alerted about new products you may want to add to your store by our web
team. They’ll do all of the setup for you! We recommend 50-75 products for your store
(keep in mind that each color combination is considered a separate item)
a. Unlike other sports team companies, we begin processing your order the moment we
receive it. Typical turnaround time is within 7 days since items are custom created with
your team logo and often additional personalization. Rush times are available –contact
your account manager for more info, and fees.
a. Great news! You don’t have to do this any more! At Your Swag Squad we believe
Coaches should coach, and Club Directors should direct – who has time to be the retail
distribution center? We do! Customers order online and their orders are shipped
directly to them, so the teams and coaches don’t have to distribute!
a. Yes! We have a wholesale pricing program for this circumstance if you’d like to have
inventory on hand. Email us at orders@yourswagsquad.com and your account manager
will reach out to discuss.
a. At Your Swag Squad, there are never any minimums, and the team doesn’t have to buy
anything!
a. Shipping is calculated by USPS or UPS based on your destination. We do not upcharge
for shipping. Free shipping is offered on orders of $200 or more.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
- Items are shipped USPS or UPS standard shipping. Additional rush shipping is available for an additional
charge. - Report any damage to us immediately, and retain all packaging for reference.
- Exchanges for defective or damaged merchandise will be issue for the same item.
